Wynyard is a pretty coastal town located one kilometre from Burnie Airport, and 40 minutes from the Spirit of Tasmania terminal at Devonport.
The Wharf Hotel offers great water views and has 22 ensuite rooms with television and tea and coffee making facilities.
Our family bistro boasts a menu focusing on Tasmanian steaks and seafood. There are also bar and lounge facilities. During the day the Bistro doubles as as a Cafe for light snacks and full lunches as well as delicious coffee and cakes.
Centrally located for day trips to all major tourist locations and attractions in north and north-west Tasmania including Cradle Mountain Lake St Clair National Park, historic Stanley, Boat Harbour and Rocky Cape National Park as well as the wilderness of the Tarkine.
Also recently renovated the old Wynyard Theatre is available for private functions and can cater for up to 200 people with full bar and stage facilities.
